Cancellation Policy
Please be informed that any changes to your scheduled appointment can be done online at no cost with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Your appointment confirmation email will have a link called “View My Appointments” where changes can be made. Once the 24 hour window has closed you will need to contact the office.
Notice can be provided via email at dtlachiropractic@gmail.com, voicemail at 213-617-1052 or text at 213-709-0603. Notifications outside of business hours for a next day appointment will be confirmed by time stamp and honored if outside the 24 hour notice required.
The Canceling or No Show of any session longer than 30 mins will be billed at 100% for each service scheduled to the card on file.
Any sessions 30 mins and under will be billed at 50% of each service scheduled to the card on file.
Rescheduling an appointment to a different time on the same day without 24 hour notice will result in a $35 rescheduling fee.
