Chiropractic: Mark Whallon, DC
Dr. Mark Whallon has been a licensed chiropractor in the Downtown Los Angeles area for 20 years. A recognized expert in the field of manipulative therapy, Dr. Whallon uses his considerable clinical experience to gently correct functional spinal problems and restore the body to optimal biomechanical health.
Dr. Whallon specializes in diversified chiropractic techniques, but also uses soft tissue mobilization, instrument assisted myofascial release, post isometric relaxation, neuromuscular reeducation, progressive resistance exercises and various non force methods to tailor a treatment plan to the specific needs of the individual.
Dr. Whallon specializes in the treatment of work related pain syndromes and auto accident injuries but also treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He is a graduate of UCLA and Cleveland Chiropractic College Los Angeles.

Veronica received her Massage Therapy Certification while attending Glendale Career College in 2003. Veronica chose Massage Therapy as her profession because she finds working with patients one-on-one extremely rewarding. She has been a staff therapist at Downtown Chiropractic and Dr. Whallon's right hand for 15 years. Their duel therapy approach of massage and chiropractic is the perfect combination to promote full body wellness and maximize your spinal health.
Veronica's massages incorporate a host of treatments including hot towel & stones, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, acupressure & manual therapy. Her caring touch & years of experience have allowed her to refine her craft to be attuned to each individual's musculoskeletal response while in session. Each session is tailored to the need of the individual for a truly healing & rejuvenating experience. She specializes in Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Cranial & Physio therapies.
Pilates/Physiotherapy: Erin
Erin has over 20 years of teaching experience in all Pilates apparatus, the last 12 of which have been primarily focused on post-surgical and incident clinical rehab. Erin creates a zen-like atmosphere in which to energize and restore the body and mind. Utilizing motion analysis and creative cueing, she specializes in a one-on-one approach to creating balance, strength, and flexibility in each individual.
Her background as a dancer and athlete coupled with her practical knowledge of almost every sport's physical ergonomics allows her to tailor every unique workout to each of her clients individual needs by integrating Kinesiology with a Somatic approach to target even the oldest of alignment and structure issues.
She has been dedicated to Pilates for the last two decades and is certified through Physical Mind Institute and Pilates Method Alliance. She maintains and challenges her knowledge base of technique and skill at conferences and master classes as both a student and a teacher.
