Emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise which at times are unavoidable. In the past we have been more than accommodating but unfortunately it has become necessary to update our cancellation policy. Therefore as of January 1st, 2024 our current policy is listed below.
Please be informed that any changes to your scheduled appointment can be done online at no cost with a minimum of 24 Hour notice. Your appointment confirmation email will have a link called “View My Appointments” where changes can be made. Once the 24 hour window has closed you will need to contact the office. Notice can be provided via email at dtlachiropractic@gmail.com, voicemail at 213-617-1052 or text at 213-709-0603. Notifications outside of business hours for a next day appointment will be confirmed by time stamps and honored if outside the 24 hour notice required.
Cancellation without 24 Hours Notice:
Ir you are unable to make your appointment and need to book for another day, this is a cancellation. Therefore any scheduled stand alone service, including a New Patient Visit or any bundled services longer than 30 mins will be charged at 100% for each service booked. For example, a New Patient Visit plus a 50 min massage is billed at 100% for EACH service scheduled. Any stand alone service of 30 min or less will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for each service booked. Rescheduling to a different time earlier or later the same day, if we can accommodate the request, can be done for a $35 rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling/Changes with 24 Hour Notice:
Rescheduling your appointment to a different time/day can be made online or with the office at no charge with 24 hours notice.
Late Arrivals:
Each minute after your scheduled arrival (with or without notice) will be deducted from the scheduled session length up to 15 mins. Tardiness of 15 mins for a 30 min session may result in a forfeit/no show of your session entirely and you will be billed in full. Rescheduling to a different time earlier or later the same day, if we can accommodate, can be done for a $35 rescheduling fee.
